Haven't heard the headcount yet but there were lots of people there.

Lupe brought a home-baked strawberry cake on Wednesday,.....sorry, this is all that was left of it today.....
And last but not least, Kit got me a year's subscription to a photo program, so there is some hope that my future pictures might look better......

I don't dumpster dive but I have been known to rescue plants from the street where people have set them out for the trash.....got these on Sunday afternoon on the way to the movie!!! And I DID talk to the homeowner before I took them, with his blessing......
Spent the day with Carter and his mom......he is such a sweetheart!!!
He still has that chin dimple.....
A friend from work gave me a pair of lovebirds. They are young and untamed. They screech and make lots of noise, I think they will be going out into the aviary shortly......
We met another couple for dinner at Shogun's, and the concert. We had only eaten at the restaurant once before, it is one of those places that you save for special occasions. 
He grilled us shrimp, steak, rice, and veggies. Yum!!
Then today, we celebrated Greg's birthday at lunch.......note that that is a question mark on his cookie cake.....
Born Tuesday, April 6, 8 lbs. 4 oz., such a cutie!!!
Charley was busy loading up the eggs!! Jonathan decided that he would join in.
When Jonathan looked the other way, Charley decided it was time to dump Jonathan's bucket!!
And she stopped to snack on what was inside.....
But Jonathan was fine with it, enjoying fun in the swing!!
It was a good day for family fun!!
Sweet little Charley fell on Friday and broke her front tooth when she hit the floor. The dentist said it needed to come out so it got pulled on Saturday morning. So now she will be the first person in her kindergarten class to lose a tooth.....Charley is not in pain in this photo, this is the face she now makes when you tell her to smile!!! After teaching her this, her dad may never get another "nice" smile from her, or at least for a while anyway.....
