As per our Texas weather, it was a beautiful warm day yesterday. Not so much today. The high for the day was at sunrise this morning (46) and the temp has been progressively dropping all day. Then the rain started. There are predictions of "wintery mix" this evening, I assume meaning snow mixed with sleet and rain. Greg was to umpire a Robinson JV softball tournament that started today at noon. He called at 1:00 PM and said that the tournament had been cancelled for the day. He also said he was the coldest he had been in a long time, soaked to the skin. He went home for a hot shower, dry clothes, and taco soup from the crockpot.

BTW, Marci invited me to meet her today for her OB doctor visit. I got to hear the heartbeat of our little boy, Fritz. That is what I am calling him these days. They kinda were thinking of going with a German first name, to go with the Dieterich last name. Fritz or Adolph were all I could come up with. So.....I prefer Fritz........Fritz it is for the time being........ :)

If you call anything of ours "Fritz" or "Adolf", you will be disowned from the family....
:-)
yeah, I was thinking you are trying to turn your d-inlaw against you.
OK, OK, I have even called my kids, and others, "Fritz" over the years. It is a term of endearment. Kinda like "Bubba".....
